Green Tea

Green tea originates from China and is produced with minimal oxidation. It is made solely with the leaves of Camellia sinensis (tea plant) that have undergone minimal oxidation during processing. Research suggest that regular green tea drinkers have lower chances of heart disease, and have experienced weight loss. Dr Oz has several segments on the benifit of green tea as a great antioxidant.

While many peole like green tea, oolong tea which is slight more oxidized is also very tasty, and very smooth. If you are looking for a tea with medium oxidation, take a look at our Tung Ting Oolong Tea or our other Oolong Teas
